Southwest District Health

A mortgage survey is a survey of a properties wastewater disposal, and potable water systems. Southwest District Health (SWDH) acts as a third party to lending agencies to perform the evaluation.

It is important to note that SWDH is not the agency requiring the mortgage survey; however, the service is available through the Health District.

Fees:
Mortgage Survey requiring only bacteriological samples $275
Mortgage Surveys requiring bacteriological and Nitrate Nitrite Samples $305.50
Re-inspect or water re-sample, if required $40
